I cannot thank 1 Call Heat & Air enough. I had a terrible first experience with a different company. Ray came out and was very patient with me. I must have asked a thousand questions, being confused and indecisive. They worked with me while I had scheduling issues that delayed the work. I truly feel they went above and beyond to get me the best system to fix all my issues with my old AC. The whole team was friendly and professional. They worked extremely quickly and went to great lengths to keep the mess to a minimum. I think my garage floor was even cleaner after they left. As a single woman and getting on in years they were all respectful made me feel completely comfortable. I was even able to sleep while they worked! The guys of 1 Call Heat & Air are the BEST. From now on 1 Call Heat & Air is the only AC company I will ever use!

Hands down the best HVAC company around. Extremely responsive, very professional, honest and caring of their customers. Ray Hoover’s team was well organized and ran like a well oiled machine. They had to take down part of my fence; take old unit out, bring new unit in; put fence back up; replace 2 ducts; fix ancient connections; and build a new cover box. By 4:30 we had air!! I promise you won’t go wrong with making that 1 CALL!!

Ray did a spring cleaning on my unit and made sure everything was ready for summer. Great customer service and will definitely call him before anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. These guys have taken care of me since I bought my house in 2019.
