They have just installed a new unit for me, and I could not be more pleased with the way they handled their job. I called Ray to get an HVAC quote, and he came out the next morning. Once we agree on the install it only took a few days to come out and install the new system. This wasn’t an emergency; our system was just old. They had to remove part of my privacy fence to get the new unit in my backyard, but they absolutely returned everything back to its original condition. Ray and his team were all very professional and did a great job! It’s not mid-Arkansas summer yet, but we can already tell a huge difference with our new unit!

Hands down the best HVAC company around. Extremely responsive, very professional, honest and caring of their customers. Ray Hoover’s team was well organized and ran like a well oiled machine. They had to take down part of my fence; take old unit out, bring new unit in; put fence back up; replace 2 ducts; fix ancient connections; and build a new cover box. By 4:30 we had air!! I promise you won’t go wrong with making that 1 CALL!!
