1-Call Heat & Air was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team, Ray and Tammy Hoover. The Hoovers are natives of Central Arkansas, and are currently raising their family here. As a result, they have their “finger on the pulse” of the community, and understand what the customers here expect and deserve from an HVAC contractor.

As a family owned and operated business, 1-Call Heat & Air understands the stress and danger a broken HVAC system puts on a family. For this reason, our dedicated crew steps up to each challenge as if the customer is their own family.

The History

Ray Hoover began his heating and air conditioning career in the early 1990s. He spent 25 very valuable years in the HVAC industry, learning from some of the best in the business.

With a passion for both HVAC and customer service, Ray decided in 2015 that it was time to venture out on his own.

With the unwavering support of his wife, he opened 1-Call Heat & Air and began the journey of providing professional, trustworthy HVAC service at affordable, small town prices.
